This is the tastiest and
This is the tastiest and easiest roast I've ever eaten. Perfect for beginning cooks. All you need is meat and salt. If you don't like honey and mustard, you can just leave that out and the roast still tastes so delicious! You don't need any sauce as the roast is so juicy and delicious. No one will notice if you're new to cooking because you can't go wrong with this roast and everyone will find it delicious.
Recipe:
- 1.5 kg of salt
- 1.5 kg meat (pork neck)
- 5 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Pepper
Roast in the oven at 200°C for 2 hours.
Remove the foil 15 minutes before the end.
The optimal core temperature is 75°C
