This 20 minute interval training workout can be done by either walking fast, jogging or running. It is totally up to what you can, or want to do. If you can't jog or run, walking fast is a great option. Interval training is a workout that transforms fitness and helps to shed fat and also improves overall fitness.  If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Interval training is great to do twice a week.
