سلام به سلاطین مزه لندی ، امروز میخوایم باهم یک دسر تیرامیسو ایتالیایی با بیسکویت پتی بور که دسری مجلسی و خیلی راحت و خوشمزه است را به سادگی درست کنیم. دسر تیرامیسو یک دسر ایتالیایی خیلی راحت و شیک و خوشمزه است که خیلی سریع آماده میشود .دسر تیرامیسو همیشه اولین انتخاب من برای دسرهای مهمانی و تولدهای بچه ها هست .چون مثل ژله دردسر برگردوندن در ظرف را ندارد و بزرگ و کوچیک عاشقش میشن .
دراصل دستور طرز تهیه تیرامیسو از لیدی فینگر استفاده میشود ولی بیسکویت پتی بور نسبت به لیدی فینگر در ایران در دسترس تر و ارزان تر از لیدی فینگر هست . برای همین این دسر تیرامیسوی مجلسی بومی سازی شده با بیسکویت پتی بور درست میشود
