Mix all the ingredients and cook on high heat for 15-20 mins or until golden brown. Have a spoon and foil ready next to you and spoon mixture onto the foil. Add pistachios on top and let them cool. Then separate from foil and enjoy😋
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp honey
3/4-1 cup slivered almond
1 tsp Saffron water
Slivered or powdered  pistachios for decoration as needed
1 tbsp of rose water ( optional)
Saffron & rose water is available from Middle Eastern food shop & select supermarkets
